1. Project carriers - Co-founders Mathieu Nebra et Pierre Dubruc, supported by their Openclassrooms team.

2. Beneficiaries- Since the goal is to make skills accesible to all, any individual can benefit. On a larger scale, companies and the whole economy are indirect beneficiaries.

3. Users- Users are mainly individuals, but also companies wanting to upskill and reskill their workforce.

4. Need - This project is answering the need for easy access of learning content, knowledge and skills. This also fulfills a broader need for silled workforce, thus trying tu fill the skills gap. Indeed, some of the content is free to use, therefore allowing anyone to use it. They democratize the access to learning in-demand skills.

5. Principle - Openclassrooms set their mission as follow: "Our mission is to make education accessible to everyone, everywhere.". Therfore answering the need for a better access to in-demand skills courses and qualification. Thus fullfilling the broader need for quality education and skills transmition, especially in a constantly shifting work realm.

Project 2
Boostrs


1. Project carriers - Boostrs team, including their CEO

2. Beneficiaries- Any individual can benefit from the learning classes offered on the website, as well as the services regarding job trends, in-demand skills list and job matching. Moreover, companies are also beneficiaries regarding those services, as well as regarding their need for up- and reskilling their workforce.

3. Users- Users are mainly individuals, but also companies wanting to upskill and reskill their workforce as well as wanting to search the fitting employees for the positions they are offering.

4. Need - This project is answering the need for easy access of learning content, knowledge and skills. This also fulfills a broader need for silled workforce, thus trying tu fill the skills gap.

5. Principle - Boostrs' goal is to answer the growing need to easily access in-demand skills, thus increasing the skilled workforce within companies and states. They also go even further, providing the opportunity to match learners with courses and skilled individuals with jobs.

Skillsoft


1. Project carriers - Softskills team, inclunding Jeff Tarr (CEO), Mark Onisk (Chief Content Officer) and Apratim Purakayastha (Chief Technology Officer).

2. Beneficiaries- The ones benefitting from this project are both individuals in search of skills and organisations encouraging the learning process among their employees as well as finding a skilled workforce.

3. Users- Individuals and are users of this e-learning platform, either because of individual's motivation or because of employer's request. There are also thousands of companies and teams using skillsoft's offer.

4. Need - This project is answering the need for easy access of learning content, knowledge and skills. This also fulfills a broader need for silled workforce, thus trying tu fill the skills gap.

5. Principle - "We believe every person has the potential to be amazing. And that there’s a better way to bring out what they already have in them." is the mission of skillsoft according to their website. Added to their motto : "PREPARE THE WORKFORCE OF TODAY WITH THE SKILLS FOR TOMORROW. By connecting the needs of the enterprise to those of the learner.", we understand that the principle of Skillsoft is to answer the growing need to easily access in-demand skills, thus increasing the skilled workforce within companies and states. Microsoft Global Skills Initiative with LinkedIn Learning


1. Project carriers - Both Microsoft with their Global Skills Initiative, represented by their president and vice-chair Brad Smith, and LinkedIn with the platform Linkedin Learning.

2. Beneficiaries- Any individual can benefit from the learning classes offered on the website, as well as the services regarding job trends, in-demand skills list and job matching. Indeed, some of the content is free to use, therefore allowing anyone to use it. Moreover, companies are also beneficiaries regarding those services, as well as regarding their need for up- and reskilling their workforce.

3. Users- Individuals and are users of this e-learning platform, either because of individual's motivation or because of employer's request, as well as numerous companies and teams using LinkedIn Learning's offer, therefore taking part in the Microsoft Global Skills Initiative.

5. Principle - According to Microsoft, global skills challenge calls for a principled response : the global skills initiative which is based on six main principals: the use data and technology to help people develop new skills, a focus on a broad set of skills, asking employers to do more, leaning on partners, pulling together every part of their company, and using their voice to change policy. based on those principles shared with LinkedIn Learning, they offer a convinient and accessible way to learn in-demand and professional skills. They do not only enable people to know which courses to take, but also provie an easy access to the ressources either on or offline at any time. Thus providing "free access to learning paths and comprehensive resources to help people develop the skills needed for in-demand jobs".
